Night Court was a sitcom that aired on NBC from 1984 to 1992. The show followed the events that took place during the night shift of a Manhattan arraignment court. Harry Anderson played Judge Harry T. Stone, who was known for his zany antics and magic tricks. After Anderson left the show in 1990, he was replaced by Markie Post's character Judge Christine Sullivan, who served as a love interest to John Larroquette's character, prosecutor Dan Fielding. Other notable characters on the show included bailiff Nostradamus 'Bull' Shannon, court reporter Mac Robinson, and public defender Lisette Linares.
