The Toxic Avenger: The Musical takes a satirical and irreverent approach to the B-movie genre. As Melvin transforms into The Toxic Avenger, he gains an intimidatingly muscular physique with bright green skin and a distinctive horn protruding from his forehead. With his newfound powers, Toxie takes on the corrupt Mayor and her cronies, defeating them one by one in increasingly messy and comical ways.
