Johnny Handsome is a 1989 crime thriller film directed by Walter Hill and starring Mickey Rourke, Ellen Barkin, and Morgan Freeman. The main character, Johnny Handsome (Rourke), is a career criminal who was born with a severe facial deformity. He is constantly ridiculed and abused by his peers, which leads him down the path of crime.

Johnny eventually teams up with a group of outlaws led by the charismatic Rafe Garrett (Freeman).
