X Bomber, also known as Star Fleet in the UK and dubbed into English and other languages for international release, follows the adventures of the eponymous spaceship and its multinational crew as they battle the evil Imperial Alliance to save the galaxy from domination. The show combines elements of science fiction, mecha, and drama, with themes of sacrifice, perseverance, and friendship. X Bomber is piloted by the heroic Shiro Hagen, along with his comrades Barry Hercules, John Lee, and the alien Procyon. They are assisted by the AI robot named Lamia and the psychic princess known as Himiko.
