Penelope Pitstop is still the charming and graceful racer, while Peter Perfect continues to be the handsome and confident competitor. Muttley, as always, is by Dick Dastardly's side, providing his trademark snickering and mischief.
The new characters add an extra element of fun and chaos to the races. I.Q. Ickly is a quirky inventor who creates strange and wacky gadgets to help him in the races. Brick Crashman is a tough and rugged racer who will stop at nothing to win. P.T. Barnstorm is a daring stunt pilot who brings excitement and danger to the races. Pandora Pitstop, Penelope's adventurous and thrill-seeking cousin, adds a new dynamic to the group with her fearless attitude.
