Cool McCool was a parody spy series that followed the adventures of a bumbling secret agent who worked for the "Cool Agency." Cool was assisted by his sidekick, a penguin named Harry, and together they tried to stop various villains from taking over the world. The show often used puns and word play for comedic effect and featured a number of recurring characters, including the villainous Dr. Madcap and his henchmen, the Onion and the Mole. The animation style was similar to that of other 1960s shows like The Beatles and The Pink Panther. Cool McCool became a cult favorite and was praised for its offbeat humor and inventive storytelling.
