Big Brother: After Dark was a live feed of the Big Brother House that aired for three hours each night, from 12:00am to 3:00am Eastern Time. It provided viewers with a chance to see what the houseguests were up to during the late night hours when the TV show was not airing. The program was hosted by a rotating cast of Showtime personalities and former Big Brother contestants.
The show was controversial at times due to the explicit content shown on the live feed, including graphic language, sexual content, and nudity. However, it was also popular among die-hard fans of the show who enjoyed the deeper look into the lives of the houseguests.
In addition to airing on Showtime 2 and TVGN, Big Brother: After Dark was also available through streaming on the CBS All Access platform. The show was eventually cancelled after the 19th season of Big Brother in 2017, although the live feed of the house is still available through the CBS All Access app during each season of the show.
