Zog's Quest to Soar

Animation,Family,Adventure  United Kingdom

Zog is a computer-animated adventure comedy film based on the book of the same name by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. The movie follows the story of a young dragon named Zog, who is attending Dragon School to learn how to become a fully-fledged dragon.

In the beginning, Zog struggles to master the art of flying and often falls flat on his face. He is also unable to roar and breathe fire properly, which causes him to feel discouraged and inadequate. However, he meets a young girl who helps him with his lessons and encourages him to keep trying.

As the school year progresses, Zog improves in his flying skills, but he still struggles with roaring and breathing fire. He sees his classmates win golden stars for their impressive performances, but he has yet to receive one himself.

One day, Zog and his friends encounter a fierce and intimidating knight who is out on a mission to rescue a princess. The knight challenges them to a fight, and Zog offers to help the knight in exchange for some lessons on how to breathe fire. They team up with the princess and embark on an adventure that tests their skills, bravery, and determination.

In the end, Zog and his friends learn valuable lessons about courage, friendship, and perseverance. They also discover that winning a golden star is not the most important thing in life, as long as they are trying their best and having fun in the process. The movie features an all-star voice cast, including Sir Lenny Henry, Tracey Ullman, Hugh Skinner, and Patsy Ferran.
