Zhang Sanfeng 2: Tai Chi Master is a 2020 Chinese martial arts movie directed by Yuen Woo-ping. The movie follows the life of Junbao (played by Max Zhang), a young man who is saved by a Shaolin monk and brought up within the temple. As time goes by, Junbao becomes a skilled martial artist.
However, when he and his friend Tienbo (played by Dave Bautista) are kicked out of the temple, they set off on different paths. Tienbo becomes a powerful leader of a gang while Junbao meets a beautiful woman named Qiuxia (played by Liu Yan). Junbao soon discovers that Qiuxia's father is struggling to keep his Tai Chi school running due to pressure from a rival school.
Determined to help, Junbao uses his martial arts skills to fight the rival school and save the Tai Chi school. Along the way, he learns more about the spiritual and philosophical side of martial arts and even reunites with his former friend Tienbo.
The movie features impressive fight scenes choreographed by legendary martial arts choreographer Yuen Woo-ping, as well as stunning cinematography and visual effects.
