Zero Fucks Given follows the life of Cassandre, a young flight attendant who is enjoying her life in Lanzarote. She is well-liked by her colleagues and performs her job with precision, yet her personal life is a mess. She spends her free time on dating apps and partying, not caring about the consequences of her actions.
One day, Cassandre gets dismissed from her job without any explanation. She is devastated and unsure of what to do next. She calls her friend, Emilie, who suggests that she comes back to Paris to figure things out.
Cassandre returns to her hometown and stays with Emilie, who is in a stable relationship and has a regular job. This is in stark contrast to Cassandre's nomadic lifestyle. However, she starts to realize that she cannot continue living her life with zero responsibilities and no real purpose.
