In the first part of the movie, Chicken is exiled to Taiwan after he kills an important member of a rival triad. There, he meets a powerful Taiwanese triad, San Luen, and becomes their ally. However, their relationship is threatened when another gangster, "Tai Hau" (Tony Ho), makes a move on Chicken's position.
Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, the Hung Hing Society is facing a leadership crisis as their leader, "Uncle Bee" (Frankie Ng), is hospitalized. The members are divided between supporting Chan Ho Nam or Tai Fei as the next leader. Banana becomes Ho Nam's protégé and helps him campaign for the leadership position.
However, things take a turn for the worse when Tai Fei attempts to assassinate Ho Nam, leading to violent confrontations between their respective gangs. Eventually, the Hung Hing Society is able to secure their position by allying with Chicken's San Luen triad, and Ho Nam becomes the new leader of the Causeway Bay branch.
The movie explores themes of loyalty, brotherhood, and the consequences of violence in the world of organized crime. It also features numerous action-packed fight scenes and tense moments of political maneuvering.
