You Killed My Mother is a Canadian thriller released in 2017. It has been directed by Curtis Crawford and written by Keith Cooper. The film is centered around Jo Fay, a disturbed teenager who becomes violent when she is told that her mother won't qualify for a liver transplant due to her chronic alcoholism.

Although the film has some predictable situations and moments, it is an engaging thriller with a strong performance by Ashley Jones as Jo. Carlena Britch also does a good job in her role as the target of Jo's revenge. The film is a well-made production that keeps the suspense and action going until the final scenes. It is a story that explores the dark side of human emotions, and how loss and grief can drive people to extreme behaviors.
