You Kill Me is a dark comedy that follows Frank Falenczyk (Ben Kingsley), an alcoholic hitman from Buffalo, New York. After a mission goes awry, Frank's boss sends him to San Francisco to dry out and sober up. While there, Frank attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and starts to work at a mortuary, where he befriends the quirky Laurel Pearson (Téa Leoni).

As Frank starts to get his life back on track, he receives a call from his boss back in Buffalo. He's needed to take care of some unfinished business.
