You and I is a coming-of-age romance drama movie based on a true story. The movie follows the lives of two teenage girls, Janie and Lana, who meet at a t.A.T.u concert in Moscow. Janie is an American teenager who has come to Moscow with her father, while Lana is a Russian teenager from a troubled family.
The two girls are instantly drawn to each other and quickly fall in love. As their relationship progresses, they become more and more obsessed with each other, leading them down a dangerous path of drug abuse and crime.
The girls' love for each other is put to the test when Lana becomes involved in a murder case. Janie is torn between her love for Lana and her loyalty to her father, who is pressuring her to return to the United States.
