Yesterday's Girl is a science fiction thriller movie directed by Mike Garrick. It follows the story of a young woman named Veronica (played by Hannah Scott) who awakens in a post-apocalyptic world after a catastrophic meteorite strike. Despite her confusion and disorientation, Veronica recalls her own death 70 years ago and is determined to find answers about her mysterious circumstances.
As Veronica travels through the desolate landscape, she encounters numerous challenges and dangers. She witnesses the devastation caused by the meteorite strike, as well as the resulting chaos and despair among the surviving populations. Along the way, she also confronts a terrifying adversary called Rancor (played by Chris Baird), a ruthless and enigmatic figure with his own agenda.
As Veronica delves deeper into the mystery of her resurrection, she learns of a deadly plague that is sweeping through the remaining human settlements, causing madness and death. To make matters worse, she is haunted by a long-forgotten memory that holds the key to her true identity and her ultimate fate.
In the climactic final act of the movie, Veronica comes face-to-face with Rancor and is forced to make an impossible choice. The revelation of her own true nature and the secret of her resurrection sets off a chain of events that could either save humanity from destruction or seal its doom forever.
