WΔZ is a 2007 British thriller film directed by Tom Shankland and starring Stellan Skarsgard and Melissa George. The film is set in a dark and grisly cityscape, where Detective Eddie Argo (Skarsgard) is investigating a series of murders. Each of the bodies found at the crime scenes has been mutilated and marked with a strange equation - the Price equation - carved into their flesh.
Despite the gruesome and mysterious nature of the murders, Eddie is struggling to find any leads. That is until he is partnered with the ambitious young Detective Helen Westcott (George), who helps him uncover the meaning behind the equation. They soon discover that the perpetrator is offering their victims an impossible choice: kill someone they love, or be killed themselves.
As they race to solve the philosophical puzzle behind the murders, Eddie and Helen uncover the dark secrets of the perpetrator's past. They are forced to confront their own moral boundaries as they race to outsmart the killer before they become the next victim.
