Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings is a horror film directed by Declan O'Brien and released in 2011. The film begins with a group of prisoners escaping from a mental institution in the mountains of West Virginia. The prisoners consist of three cannibalistic brothers - Three Finger, One Eye, and Saw Tooth - along with other dangerous criminals.
Meanwhile, a group of college friends decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They arrive at a remote cabin, unaware of the danger that awaits them. After a night of partying, the group decides to go snowmobiling the next day. However, they make a wrong turn and get lost in a storm.
As they try to find their way back to the cabin, they stumble upon the abandoned mental institution. Unbeknownst to them, the cannibalistic brothers are waiting for them inside, along with other inmates who are just as dangerous.
The group soon realizes that they are not alone and must fight for their survival. They are forced to use their wits and ingenuity to stay alive in the face of horrific and brutal attacks from the cannibalistic brothers.
Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings is a prequel to the first three films in the franchise, and it explores the origins of the cannibalistic brothers. The film received mixed reviews from critics but was praised for its suspenseful atmosphere and creative kills.
