The movie Women in Trouble follows a group of ten women whose lives intersect over the course of one chaotic day. Some of the women include Elektra Luxx, a retired porn star who is pregnant and struggling to make ends meet after her husband leaves her; April, a flight attendant who is having an affair with a married man; Maxine, a psychiatrist who is having an emotional crisis; and Holly Rocket and Bambi, two call girls who get stranded in a hotel room with a client.
As the day progresses, each woman's troubles become increasingly complicated and intertwined, until they are all forced to confront their issues head-on. Along the way, they encounter a series of quirky and eccentric characters, including a psychic, a lounge singer, and a flamboyant bartender.
Despite the chaos and drama, the women ultimately find strength and solidarity in their shared experiences, and emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before. The film explores themes of female empowerment, sexuality, and the bonds of sisterhood, and features a stellar ensemble cast including Carla Gugino, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Marley Shelton, and Connie Britton.
