In the movie, Alex Russo (played by Selena Gomez) casts a spell without realizing the consequences, causing her parents to forget they ever had children. Desperate to reverse the spell and save their family, Alex and her siblings Justin (David Henrie) and Max (Jake T. Austin) journey to a remote island where their ancestors once lived.
On the island, they must locate the magical Stone of Dreams, which has the power to reverse any spell. Along the way, they encounter a series of challenges, including a cursed lighthouse, a group of mischievous fairies, and a vengeful wizard who is out to stop them.
As the siblings race against time, their bond is put to the test and they must use their unique magical abilities to overcome obstacles and save their family. In the end, they learn the importance of family, love, and the consequences of using magic irresponsibly.
