The protagonist of the film is Ward's estranged son, Jake (Anthony De Longis), who is a former Union Esquire. Jake has become disillusioned with the world he lives in and decides to go on the drug himself to escape reality. However, instead of experiencing a utopian dream world, Jake's experience turns out to be a nightmare and he becomes trapped in his own mind. Meanwhile, the Union of United Esquires begins to crumble as corruption and violence become more prevalent.
As Jake struggles to find a way out of his drug-induced nightmare, he reconnects with his father and learns the truth about his invention and its consequences. Together, they embark on a dangerous mission to expose the corrupt Union and bring down the one-world government.
