The Djinn, a powerful genie, is released during an attempted art theft. The thief wishes for wealth, but the Djinn twists the wish and kills him instead. The Djinn then proceeds to hunt down the thief's partner, Morgana, who inadvertently set him free.
Morgana seeks the help of a young priest named Gregory, who is skeptical of her claims of a genie. However, he soon witnesses the Djinn's powers firsthand, and joins Morgana in her quest to stop him.
The Djinn, in order to complete his goal of 1001 wishes and unleash his evil reign upon the world, makes his way to a prison where he begins granting the wishes of the inmates. However, he twists their hopes and dreams into tragic outcomes, causing chaos and destruction.
Morgana and Gregory race against time to stop the Djinn, but find their own personal desires being twisted as well. Will the duo be able to outsmart the Djinn, or will their own wishes bring about their downfall? In a thrilling climax, the fate of the world rests in their hands.
