Willy's Wonderland is a 2021 horror movie directed by Kevin Lewis and stars Nicolas Cage as the quiet loner who is only referred to as "The Janitor." After his car breaks down in the small town of Hayesville, Nevada, he is offered a deal by the local garage owner, Tex (Ric Reitz) - to clean up Willy's Wonderland, an old family entertainment center, in exchange for fixing his car.
The Janitor is a man of few words and his only goal is to get his car back on the road, but he soon realizes that something is not quite right with the animatronic mascots at Willy's Wonderland. They come to life at night and attack him, leading to a deadly game of cat-and-mouse.
The story follows The Janitor as he fights his way through the possessed mascots, using his wits and fighting skills to survive. Along the way, he encounters a group of teenagers who sneak into Willy's Wonderland to try and burn it down, but end up getting sucked into the animatronic nightmare as well.
Throughout the movie, The Janitor remains silent and stoic, relying on his actions to express himself. Nicolas Cage's performance as The Janitor has been praised for his physicality and eccentricity, with some critics calling it a return to his early, crazier roles.
