Comedy,Drama  United States of America

Wildcats is a 1986 American sports comedy film directed by Michael Ritchie and starring Goldie Hawn, Wesley Snipes, and Woody Harrelson.

The film follows Molly McGrath (Goldie Hawn), a divorced mother and high school track coach who is passed over for the job of head coach of the boys' track team. Disillusioned with her stagnant career and determined to prove herself, she applies for the vacant position of head coach of the struggling inner-city boys' football team.

Despite being unqualified for the job and facing opposition from players, parents, and colleagues, Molly is determined to turn the team's fortunes around. With the help of her assistant coach (Wesley Snipes) and the team's quarterback (Woody Harrelson), Molly transforms the inexperienced and undisciplined group of young players into a competitive team.

But Molly's success on the football field is marred by personal struggles, including a difficult relationship with her ex-husband (James Keach) and the challenges of being a single mother. As she navigates these challenges and leads her team to the state championship, Molly learns about the power of perseverance, teamwork, and self-belief.

Wildcats was a commercial success and received mixed reviews from critics. The film has since become a cult classic and is remembered for its inspiring story, memorable characters, and entertaining performances by its cast.
