As Harley and her boyfriend, Oliver, arrive at the family estate to spend Halloween weekend with his family, they notice a group of masked freaks lurking around the property. Thinking nothing of it, they settle in for some fun and games with Oliver's family.
However, things take a terrifying turn when the masked intruders break into the estate and force the group to play a deadly game. Each player must choose a card from a deck, and whichever card they pick determines their fate. It could be a harmless prank, or it could mean something much more sinister.
Harley quickly realizes that these masked freaks are not playing around and are willing to do whatever it takes to win the game. As tensions rise and the game becomes more dangerous, Harley must use all her cunning and wit to outsmart her enemies and stay alive.
