Who's the Man? is a 1993 comedy film directed by Ted Demme and starring popular hip-hop personalities Ed Lover and Doctor Dre. The film follows two struggling barbers in Harlem who decide to switch careers and become police officers. However, they soon find themselves at the mercy of their hostile superior, Sgt Cooper, who seems determined to make their lives miserable.

Despite their challenges, Ed Lover and Doctor Dre stumble upon a conspiracy involving a prominent businessman and his criminal associates. Using their street smarts and unique sense of humor, the duo sets out to solve the case on their own terms, much to the chagrin of the NYPD.

Along the way, Who's the Man? features a host of celebrity cameos from the likes of Ice-T, Queen Latifah, and Run-DMC. The film's combination of music, comedy, and urban grittiness encapsulates the rap and hip-hop culture of the early 1990s.

Like many films of its era, Who's the Man? addresses issues of police brutality and systemic injustice within the Black community. Despite its serious undertones, the film remains a lighthearted and entertaining romp that showcases the comedic talents of Ed Lover and Doctor Dre.
