The movie begins with the Stooges, Larry, Moe, and Curly, running a crooked gambling operation in a small frontier town. They are cheating people out of their money, and the townspeople are becoming suspicious. When the sheriff begins to investigate, the Stooges decide to flee and head out into the surrounding woods.

To avoid being caught, they decide to disguise themselves as Indians. They create makeshift costumes and put on warpaint, hoping to blend in with the local tribe. For a while, their ruse works, and they are able to move around the town undetected. However, their plan is foiled when Curly is forced to marry a local tough guy, who wants to claim him as his bride.

As soon as the wedding ceremony is complete, the Stooges are unmasked, and the townspeople realize that they had been duped. They are immediately arrested and thrown into jail, where they await trial. Despite their efforts to plead their innocence, they are found guilty of fraud and sentenced to serve time behind bars.

Throughout the movie, there are plenty of slapstick moments, with the Stooges engaging in their trademark brand of physical humor. They make ridiculous faces, engage in cartoonish fights, and generally cause chaos wherever they go. Despite their mischievous ways, though, they are ultimately able to redeem themselves and learn a valuable lesson about the importance of honesty and integrity.
