Adam and Margo, a young couple, have just moved into their dream home. To celebrate, they throw a housewarming party and invite all their friends and family. The party is a huge success, but as everyone starts to leave and the night winds down, a mysterious couple, Tom and Sasha, show up uninvited. They claim to be the new neighbors, and since they just moved in down the street, they heard the music and decided to come over and introduce themselves.
At first, Adam and Margo are happy to have new neighbors, and they invite the couple in for a nightcap. However, as the night goes on, it becomes clear that Tom and Sasha are not who they seem. They come from a wealthy background and have expensive tastes, which they flaunt openly. They start to make comments about the house and even suggest changes that could be made to improve it. Adam and Margo start to feel uncomfortable and wonder if these new friends are just trying to be friendly, or if they have another agenda entirely.
As the night goes on, Tom and Sasha become more and more pushy, and it becomes clear that they are not going to leave anytime soon. Adam and Margo try to be polite and subtly hint that it's time for them to go, but the couple is oblivious to their hints. Eventually, Adam and Margo start to suspect that Tom and Sasha are actually trying to take advantage of them. They try to get rid of them, but it's too late - the couple has already started making themselves at home.
In the end, Adam and Margo have to figure out how to get rid of their unwanted guests before they cause any more damage. It's a tense and suspenseful film that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
