Who Dares Wins is a British action-thriller movie that was released in 1982. The film was directed by Ian Sharp and produced by Euan Lloyd. It stars Lewis Collins as SAS Captain Peter Skellen, a highly trained and skilled soldier who is dismissed from the military due to his excessive use of violence. Skellen is then recruited by a group of fanatical activists called The People's Lobby, who are planning to kidnap several US dignitaries and hold them hostage.
However, Skellen's dismissal from the SAS was actually a cover-up, designed to give him the opportunity to infiltrate The People's Lobby and prevent their plan from succeeding. With the help of his SAS training and his new allies - including the beautiful Frankie Leith (Judy Davis) - Skellen manages to infiltrate The People's Lobby and gain their trust. But as he delves deeper into the group's plans, he realizes that their intentions are even more sinister than he could have imagined.
