White Ghost

Action  United States of America

White Ghost is an action-adventure film directed by BJ Davis and starring William Katt as Lt. Steve Shepard, a U.S. Army officer who goes missing during the Vietnam War in 1972. Despite the presumption of his death, Shepard is alive and living deep in the jungle as a fugitive, with the local tribespeople calling him "the white ghost."

Fifteen years later, in 1987, Shepard's former commanding officer, Colonel Andy Tanner (Ken Wahl) receives a cryptic message indicating that Shepard is still alive. Tanner puts together a team of soldiers, including Sergeant Fred Parks (Rick Dean) and Captain John "Doc" Holiday (Wayne Crawford), to go into the dangerous jungle and find Shepard.

As they venture deeper into enemy territory, they encounter numerous obstacles, from hostile guerrilla fighters to treacherous terrain. Along the way, they pick up a beautiful guerrilla fighter named Mai (Rosie Kavel), who becomes a valuable asset to the team.

Eventually, Tanner and his team track down Shepard, who has become a master of jungle survival and guerrilla warfare. However, Shepard isn't interested in being rescued and warns them that they'll face a brutal fight to escape the jungle.

The group faces a final showdown with the enemy, and Shepard's fate is left uncertain as they make their escape. The film ends with a message dedicating the film to all those who fought and died in the Vietnam War.
