In Wheels on Meals, Thomas and David run a successful food truck business in Barcelona, serving up delicious Chinese food. One day, they meet Sylvia (played by Lola Forner), a beautiful pickpocket who steals David's wallet. Despite this, they become friends with her and offer to help her out.
Meanwhile, Moby (played by Jackie Chan), a private detective who is always getting into trouble, is hired to find Sylvia by her wealthy father. Moby follows Sylvia to the food truck, where he meets Thomas and David. The trio then embark on a mission to save Sylvia, who has been kidnapped by a gang of thugs.
Along the way, they encounter many obstacles and epic fight scenes, showcasing Jackie Chan's incredible martial arts skills. They also become caught up in a web of intrigue involving a valuable necklace and a secret code.
