Welcome to Collinwood is a 2002 heist comedy film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. It follows five inept inner-city criminals: Basil (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Cosimo (Luis Guzmán), Leon (Isaiah Washington), Riley (William H. Macy), and Toto (Michael Jeter), who are all down on their luck and desperate for money.

Cosimo has heard of an easy score: a hefty $27,000 in cash is locked inside a safe at a local pawnshop. The group decides to go for it, but they quickly realize that they have no idea what they're doing and things start to go wrong from the very beginning.

First, Cosimo is arrested before they can even get started. Then, they botch the job by using a stolen car that breaks down and leaves them stranded at the scene of the crime. Later, they are robbed by a street gang and lose all of their tools.

Things continue to spiral out of control, with the group barely escaping the pawnshop alive and having to improvise new plans to get the money. Along the way, they encounter a motley crew of characters, including a woman who blackmails them, a wheelchair-bound safe-cracker, and a crooked lawyer.

Despite their best efforts, the group remains plagued by bad luck and one mishap after another. In the end, they still haven't managed to get the money and the viewer is left to wonder if they ever will.
