Madison Lane arrives in Christmas, Colorado, a small and charming town that's known for its beautiful landscape, friendly residents, and cozy Christmas traditions. Upon her arrival, she immediately realizes that the town is determined to convince her to choose Christmas as the location for her new ski resort project.
Despite her initial skepticism, Madison soon finds herself charmed by the town's Christmas cheer, as well as its people, including Sheriff Gage McBride, who gives her a lift into town after she accidentally damages the town's welcome sign with her car.
As she spends more time in Christmas, Madison starts to see the town in a different light and realizes that Christmas is a special place, not just for its beautiful scenery, but also for the people who call it home.
With the help of Gage and the town's residents, Madison starts to learn about the town's history and traditions. She also becomes involved in the town's efforts to preserve its natural beauty, which further cements her attachment to the charming community.
