The movie Vitals follows Tom and Anna as they navigate through the harrowing situation they find themselves in. As they try to escape the motel, they come across other victims of the organ harvesting organization, each missing different organs and all desperate to get out.
Meanwhile, flashbacks reveal the troubled history of Tom and Anna's relationship, including Anna's infidelity and Tom's alcoholism. The couple must confront their past mistakes and learn to trust each other again if they want to make it out alive.
As they continue to evade their captors, Tom and Anna discover the shocking truth behind the organ harvesting organization - they are a legitimate medical company, harvesting organs from willing donors and selling them to wealthy patients in need. But when they run out of willing donors, they turn to kidnapping and murder to fuel their business.
In a thrilling climax, Tom and Anna manage to escape the motel and take down the organization, but not before being seriously injured themselves. The movie ends with them being rushed to the hospital, where they must face more challenges in their relationship and physical recovery.
