Melville Farr is a respected barrister who seems to have it all – a successful career, a stunning wife, and a beautiful home in 1960s London. However, his carefully constructed world is threatened when he is contacted by blackmailers who have evidence linking him to a young gay man. The blackmailers are attempting to extort money from Farr in exchange for keeping his secret.
