William Duncan is portrayed as a loving father who is devastated by the murder of his daughter. The murderer is revealed to be a gang member named Antonio, who is a member of a notorious gang led by Rocco and his son Dominic. William takes the law into his own hands, tracking down Antonio and killing him in cold blood.
Following the murder, William incurs the wrath of Rocco, Dominic, and their gang, who are seeking revenge for Antonio's death. William goes on the run, seeking to take down Rocco and his gang members one by one. However, as the war between William and the gang escalates, it becomes clear that neither side can emerge victorious.
In the midst of his personal vendetta, William also grows closer to a woman named Angela, who helps him in his pursuit of justice. As William's quest for revenge takes a toll on his relationships and his own morality, the audience is left to question whether his actions are truly justified.
