Vanquish is a 2021 American action-thriller film directed by George Gallo and starring Morgan Freeman and Ruby Rose. The film tells the story of a former Russian drug courier named Victoria, who has left her criminal life behind and is now living a quiet life with her daughter Lily. However, her past catches up with her when retired cop Damon, who was once her handler and mentor, kidnaps Lily and forces Victoria to gather $2 million worth of drugs within 24 hours.
Damon has a terminal illness and wants Victoria to complete one last job for him before he dies. Facing no other option, Victoria sets out on a dangerous mission, using her old connections to access the drugs. With each package secured, she has to deliver them to various locations across the city on a motorcycle, all while being chased by gangsters.
As Victoria completes each task, the stakes grow higher, and she becomes increasingly desperate to save her daughter. Along the way, she encounters corrupt cops, violent gangsters, and even fights off an army of drones sent to take her down.
Vanquish builds up to a climactic showdown in which Victoria faces off against Damon, and is forced to make a difficult choice between her daughter's safety and her own redemption.
