In Vampires: Los Muertos, Derek Bliss (played by Jon Bon Jovi) is a seasoned vampire hunter who is approached by a wealthy businessman named Rodrigo (Diego Luna) to lead a team of slayers to Mexico in order to eradicate a nest of vampires that is threatening the region. Derek reluctantly agrees, and assembles a team of experts, including the skilled and seductive slayer Zooey (Natasha Gregson Wagner).
