Despite the fact that she is now married to a rich man named Donatone, played by Enrico Maria Salerno, Billo wants to rekindle their romance.
The movie is filled with comedic situations and misunderstandings as the characters try to navigate their complicated romantic relationships. The picturesque location of Cortina also adds to the charm of the film.
Vacanze Di Natale was directed by Carlo Vanzina and produced by Mario and Vittorio Cecchi Gori. The movie was such a success that it spawned several sequels over the years, including Vacanze Di Natale '90, Vacanze Di Natale 2000, and Vacanze Di Natale a Cortina.
