The movie is set in a dystopian future where after a catastrophic war, the UK is ruled by a fascist party known as Norsefire. Together, V and Evey carry out daring missions, inspire the people, and challenge the government's propaganda.
The story takes several twists and turns, revealing the true nature of the government's power and the origins of V's vendetta against it.
