In the movie, Undercover Brother (played by Eddie Griffin) is a cool and slick secret agent for the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D., a secret organization that fights against oppression and discrimination against African Americans. The Man (played by Robert Trumbull), on the other hand, is a powerful and corrupt organization with a group of white corporate suits who aim to keep the status quo by suppressing black culture and progress.
The story begins when General Boutwell (Billy Dee Williams), an African American candidate for the presidency, suddenly changes his campaign rhetoric to favor The Man's agenda. Suspecting foul play, the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. hires Undercover Brother to investigate and uncover what The Man has done to Boutwell.
Undercover Brother's mission takes him to The Man's headquarters, where he discovers that The Man is using a mind control serum to manipulate Boutwell's actions. With the help of Sistah Girl (Aunjanue Ellis), a fellow agent from the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D., and Conspiracy Brother (Dave Chappelle), a conspiracy theorist and gadget expert, Undercover Brother sets out to take down The Man and save Boutwell.
Along the way, the team encounters several challenges, including facing off against an army of white ninjas, infiltrating a secret laboratory where The Man is manufacturing the serum, and engaging in a hilarious dance-off with The Man's minions.
In the end, Undercover Brother and his crew succeed in defeating The Man and rescuing Boutwell, restoring the general's integrity and paving the way for progress and equality. The movie is a hilarious satire of race relations in America, with plenty of action, comedy, and social commentary to keep audiences engaged.
