Uncommon Valor is a thrilling and action-packed movie released in 1983. Together, they plan and execute a dangerous mission to infiltrate a heavily guarded prisoner camp in Laos, behind the enemy lines.
The group faces many challenges and obstacles during their mission, including language barriers, cultural differences, and unforeseen events. They also come across a group of former South Vietnamese soldiers who are being held captive by the same Vietnamese army. The group decides to rescue them as well, despite the added risks.
The veterans finally reach the camp and engage in a fierce battle with the Vietnamese army. The action scenes are intense and thrilling, and the group's camaraderie and loyalty make the story even more engaging. The movie ends with the group successfully rescuing Rhodes and the other prisoners and returning home as heroes.
Uncommon Valor was a critical and commercial success, grossing over $30 million at the box office. The movie is regarded as one of the best action films of the 1980s and is still remembered for its gripping storyline and excellent performances by the cast.
