Ultraviolet, who is herself an infected human with enhanced capabilities, takes it upon herself to protect the young boy, knowing that he is innocent and does not pose a threat to anyone. As they embark on a journey to evade capture and escape the clutches of the government, Ultraviolet begins to uncover the truth behind the conspiracy to eradicate the infected population.
As they fight to stay alive and uncover the truth, Ultraviolet and the young boy encounter other infected individuals who join their cause, forming a resistance group against the oppressive government. Together, they must navigate through a world where they are hunted and discriminated against, all while trying to survive and protect the innocent.
Throughout the film, Ultraviolet struggles with her own inner demons and the guilt of being different from regular humans. As she grows closer to the young boy, she begins to see him as a symbol of hope for their kind and a chance for a better future. In the end, Ultraviolet must make a difficult decision that will determine the fate of their kind and the future of humanity.
