As Henry Baker navigates his way through the small town he once terrorized, he is constantly looking over his shoulder, knowing that danger could be lurking around every corner. His past is catching up to him, and he must find a way to make amends for his sins before it's too late.
The bearded vagrant, named Jack, is a former accomplice of Henry's who was left behind during a robbery gone wrong. He suffered a gunshot wound to his stomach and was left for dead. However, he survived and has been hunting Henry down ever since, seeking revenge for his betrayal.
The deputy, named Frank, was once a crooked lawman who helped Henry during his reign of terror. However, after years of heavy drinking and guilt, he is now determined to bring Henry to justice.
The street hustler, named Sally, was once a prostitute who worked for Henry. After he left her with nothing, she turned to drugs and crime to survive. Now, with a sick mother to care for, she sees Henry's return as an opportunity for revenge and a chance to reclaim what is rightfully hers.
As the four converge on the hotel, tensions rise and tempers flare. Old wounds are re-opened, and secrets are revealed. It soon becomes clear that not everyone will make it out alive. Will Henry be able to make amends for his past or will he meet his demise at the hands of those he wronged? The answer lies in the two deaths of Henry Baker.
