In Two Buddies and a Badger 2 – The Great Big Beast, Knutsen and Ludvigsen are two best friends who live in a tunnel. They discover that they might lose their tunnel to a construction company, and they become worried about where they will live if they are forced out of their home. The only person who can help them save their tunnel is the legendary pirate Captain Knutsen, but he has disappeared.
Determined to find Captain Knutsen, Knutsen and Ludvigsen set off on a journey that takes them on a wild adventure across seas, mountains, and forests. Along the way, they encounter all sorts of obstacles and challenges, including a dangerous storm, scary creatures, and treacherous terrain.
Finally, they stumble upon a village where they hear rumors of a great big beast that lives in the tunnel. Hoping that the beast might be able to help them, Knutsen and Ludvigsen decide to investigate. What they discover is a creature unlike anything they have ever seen before – a giant octopus with hundreds of heads and at least fourteen legs!
Despite their fear, Knutsen and Ludvigsen decide to befriend the beast and ask for its help in saving their tunnel. Together, they come up with a plan to outsmart the construction company and keep their home safe. In the end, they discover that sometimes the greatest help can come from the most unexpected places.
