Twisted Sister is a 2018 Lifetime movie directed by Devon Downs and Kenny Gage. The film stars Elisabeth Harnois as Emily, the successful PR firm owner whose life is turned upside down when Lily (played by Kimberly-Sue Murray) shows up claiming to be her half-sister. Emily's husband Kyle (played by Morgan Kelly) is initially skeptical of Lily's claims but eventually becomes entranced by her dangerous charm.
As Emily tries to uncover the truth behind Lily's identity, secrets from her past begin to come to light. We learn that Emily was abandoned by her mother at a young age and raised by her father, who subsequently passed away and left her his fortune. With the help of her best friend Amanda (played by Victoria Sanchez), Emily tries to keep her life from falling apart as she juggles her business, her family, and the increasingly unhinged Lily.
