Twin Dragons

Twin Dragons is a 1992 action-comedy film directed by Tsui Hark and Ringo Lam. The movie stars Jackie Chan in a dual role as twin brothers, one raised in New York and the other in Hong Kong.

As infants, the brothers are separated during a chaotic car chase. Wei-Tong is raised by a Hong-Kong gangster and becomes a notorious and feared leader of the Dragon gang. John is adopted by a family in New York, and he grows up to become a successful concert pianist.

Twenty-five years later, John travels to Hong Kong to perform a concert. Meanwhile, Wei-Tong's gang is in a power struggle with another gang, and Wei-Tong is ambushed by his rivals. John happens to be in the same location and gets mistaken for his brother by both gangsters and police.

The rest of the movie follows the two brothers as they are constantly mistaken for each other and get tangled up in each other's lives. They both form a bond as they try to help each other out of precarious situations while also trying to keep their respective lifestyles separate.

The movie features several action sequences showcasing Jackie Chan's martial arts skills and a lot of humor. It also has a romantic subplot between John and a woman who mistakes him for Wei-Tong.

Twin Dragons was a commercial success in Hong Kong and received positive reviews. It is notable for featuring Jackie Chan in a dual role and for being co-directed by two renowned Hong Kong filmmakers.
