In the movie 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, the town of Junctionville is excited for Santa Claus to visit on Christmas Eve. However, a letter written by a skeptical boy named Albert denounces Santa and insults his abilities. The letter makes its way to Santa and he decides to skip Junctionville on his delivery route.
The townspeople are devastated when they learn the news and the town's clockmaker, Joshua Trundle, comes up with a plan to change Santa's mind. With the help of Albert's scientific genius father, Emil, they build a giant clock tower that will play a song that only Santa can hear, apologizing for Albert's letter and begging him to come to Junctionville.
Meanwhile, Albert's sister, Susan, discovers that her brother's doubts about Santa were caused by a cruel teacher who told him that Santa wasn't real. She convinces Albert to believe in Santa again and they work together to make amends with their town.
On Christmas Eve, Santa hears the clock tower's song and is moved by the town's sincerity and forgiveness. He decides to visit Junctionville after all and leaves presents for everyone, including a special one for Albert. The town is filled with joy and the true spirit of Christmas is restored.
