Laughing, played by Michael Tse, is a skilled undercover police officer who is sent to infiltrate a prison to uncover corrupt officers within the police force. His mission is to extract information from a former colleague, Chit, played by Chapman To, who has been incarcerated for drug dealing.
However, Laughing faces a number of challenges in the prison, including violent criminals and corrupt prison guards. It is only when he meets Fok Tin Yam, played by Francis Ng, that he begins to uncover the truth behind his incarceration and the conspiracy that lies at the heart of the corrupt police force.
