Tulsa is a heartwarming drama that tells the story of a former marine biker named Tommy Colston (played by Scott Pryor) who meets his 9-year-old daughter, Tulsa (played by Livi Birch), for the first time. Tommy had no idea that he had a daughter until he receives a letter from his ex-girlfriend, Christy (played by Christine Marie).
