Trinity Is Still My Name is a 1971 Spaghetti Western comedy directed by Enzo Barboni. It is a sequel to the popular film They Call Me Trinity and stars Terence Hill and Bud Spencer as the two titular brothers.
Bambino and Trinity are two small-time crooks who have been on the run from the law for years. After their father dies, he makes them promise to stick together and become successful outlaws. Bambino reluctantly agrees to mentor his younger brother and teach him how to become a successful thief.
However, their plans are constantly thwarted by their own good nature. They end up helping the very people they held up and are always quick to offer a helping hand to those in need. Despite their best efforts, they are unable to strike it rich and become famous outlaws like they had hoped.
The film is filled with humorous situations and sight gags, including an extended scene where Bambino and Trinity try to teach a group of monks how to play poker. They are mistaken for federal agents by the local townspeople, which leads to even more hijinks.
Trinity falls in love with the beautiful daughter of a family they hold up, which complicates matters even further. They must rescue her and her family from the clutches of a ruthless gang of bandits, all while trying to prove their worth as successful outlaws.
The film features a memorable score by composer Franco Micalizzi and is considered a classic of the Spaghetti Western genre.
